EXPRESSIVE ART WORKSHOPS

Our Expressive Arts Workshops are all about unleashing emotions not just through words, but through diverse art forms. Imagine moving, dancing, creating music, or drawing – sometimes even blindfolded – with a group of people you barely know, and yet, connecting on a deeply emotional level.

I’ve facilitated these transformative workshops pan-India, reaching incredible individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences. We’ve explored healing with moms, LGBTQIA+ community, created safe spaces for domestic violence and abuse survivors, and brought powerful experiences to educational institutions like IMT Ghaziabad and IIT Delhi.

01

Unleashing Anger & Healing (For the Transgender Community)

This expressive arts workshop opened a safe, trusting space for transgender individuals. Through guided imagery, tearing paper, art, and movement, participants were able to release some long-held anger and frustration, finding new ways to talk about their experiences and emotions within a deeply supportive community.

02

Your Space, Your Rules: Boundaries & Voice

This 3-hour expressive arts workshop helped participants explore and establish personal boundaries. Through movement, guided imagery, and confronting boundary breaches (even blindfolded), they found a powerful release, gaining clarity and the confidence to speak their truth in relationships.

03

Honoring Loss & Finding Peace (McLeod Ganj)

This workshop created a space to tenderly explore grief. Through memory balloons, blindfolded art, and guided imagery, participants connected with lost loved ones, pets, or younger selves. They found meaningful ways to honor their pain, leading to a sense of peace and shared understanding within the group.

04

Unspoken Stories: Drama & Emotion

This workshop used drama and movement to express emotions without words. Through silent scenes and embodying characters like a "heartbroken person hiding it," participants explored what their bodies revealed, gaining a safe space to understand and express feelings beyond language.
