Refund Policy

At WithKashish, we deeply value the time, energy, and emotional investment that both you and the therapist bring into this space. This policy is here to ensure clarity, mutual respect, and fairness in how we manage appointments and payments.

Therapy Session Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel/reschedule 24 hours or more in advance:
  → You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without any extra charge.
• If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours before the session:
  → 50% of the session fee will be retained as a cancellation charge. The remaining 50% can be refunded or adjusted toward a future session.
• If you cancel within 12 hours or do not show up:
  → The full session fee will be charged. No refund will be provided.

This applies to both online and in-person sessions.

Refund Processing

• All refunds are processed through the original payment method
• Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of approval
• Any transaction charges (from payment gateways, UPI, etc.) may be deducted from the final refund amount

❌ Non-Refundable Services

• Therapy sessions missed without cancellation
• Completed therapy sessions
• Digital or downloadable resources (if introduced in future)
• Processing charges from payment platforms
